Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order is defective we will work hard to ensure you are satisfied. Please do not hesitate to let us know if we have fallen short of providing quality products.

We accept returns on defective items only. You can return items in the original packaging within 15 calendar days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 calendar days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
