  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded.   • How soon will my order ship?
    All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • I recieved my order, but it's defective. What should I do?"
    We're so sorry your item did not reach you in good condition! We are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Simply request for a replacement by sending a request to info@theperfectpartyboutique. Our customer support representative will follow up with you directly. Please include a screenshot or scanned copy of your receipt.
  • The item I would like to purchase is sold out, where else can I find your products?"
    We also sale our products on Amazon. So if we are sold out on our website, there is a possibly we still have inventory in stock on Amazon. We will add our product links on Amazon soon!
